Close to Canadian Tire Centre. Really appreciated shuttle bus service to concert. We got lost easily in the hotel...one lovely young male staff person dropped what he was doing to take us to the breakfast room. So kind! Breakfast being included. Clean.

The hotel was very clean and smelled good. It's nice that the bedrooms that allow pets don't have carpet, making it easier to keep clean. The staff was amazing, always ready to assist. I liked having big dispensers of shampoo and conditioner, so we don't have to request more all the time, and it's also beneficial for the environment. The bedrooms and bathroom had a very good size, and the curtains covered all the outside light, promoting a good environment to a proper rest. The complementary breakfast was nice.

In our trip to Halifax and back, this was the best comfort inn in terms of service, quality, and customer service. The employees took more time to explain things that they didn’t at our other inns, which we really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was the best of all the ones we’d stayed at, with more selection and fresher quality. Overall great experience.

The location was balanced if you wanted to be near Ottawa and such places as Tanger outlets. Also near a large grocery and Mandarin Chinese buffet restaurant. The location is situated in a quiet neighborhood.

It is in a quiet area. Breakfast is good. The kitchen lady is a very good lady. She ensured a good and enough breakfast for all. Clean environment.
